Special collector’s Edition of Official U.S. Mint Presidential Medal 24kts. Gold Electroplated by the Postal Commemorative Society. This cover bears the 5 cents John F. Kennedy stamp of 1964 and the 18 cents U.s. Flag stamp of 1981. It’s also sealed: Brookline, MA, MAY 29 1983, 02146.
