Gold Electroplated by the Postal Commemorative Society. This cover bears the 2 cents Thomas Jefferson stamp of 1954 and the 18 cents U. S. Flag stamp of 1981. It’s also sealed: Monticello, VA, APR 13 1983, 22901.
